The Basics

Innovative Evaluation Design. I help you come up with non-traditional, cost-effective, and reliable ways to evaluate your unique program.

Logic Modeling. Most funders require their grantees to put together a logic model, detailing how a program intends to impact the issues they are addressing.

Grant Evaluation. I am able to help you come up with an exceptional plan to give your proposal increased credibility and make sure you are on track for any evaluation requirements.

Evaluation Capacity Building. I work to increase the capacity of organizations and individuals to engage in and understand their own evaluation.  I am also able to conduct more formal educational workshops, lessons, and evaluation coaching.

Data Collection and Analysis

Survey Design. Make sure the right questions get asked in the most effective way.

Survey Administration and Analysis.  I ask and display your answers using a variety of survey tools.

Network Analysis. Display those life-changing connections that are made through your program.

Database Design. Create a simple, custom, relational database with a user friendly online  interface to enter and access your data.
Statistical Analysis. I use software packages of varying price points (e.g. R, SPSS) to conduct a variety of appropriate, rigorous tests.

Focus Groups.
To gather the range of opinions and impacts of a program in depth, using consensus based approaches.

Group and Individual Interviews. To gather in-depth data, with less frequency and structure than focus groups.

Reporting

Customized Reporting. I work with you to determine how you need evaluation data displayed and reported.

Data Dialogues. I run facilitated dialogues with staff, clients, community residents, board members, and any other stakeholders to discuss evaluation data and findings.  These dialogues work in a way that encourages understanding, use and organizational change.

Data Visualization. There are so many ways to effectively display data, I use effective practices for telling a visual story with data.

Mapping. I use open source mapping tools to create Geographic visualizations of your program's impact
