At this point, we get to know each other, discuss ideas and your organization's needs.
2. Draft a flexible Evaluation Plan and Contract
If we decide to move forward this plan will be constructed in consultation with staff and key stakeholders in order to make sure we are collecting the most meaningful, useful data for your organization.
3. Evaluation Activities Commence
We will be working together to ensure that useful information is being gathered in a respectful, useful, inclusive, and cost-efficient way.
4. Reporting of Evaluation Results
Included in any evaluation contract with me is an appropriate reporting back of findings not only to your funders but to your organization and its stakeholders. My training and experience allows me to offer you a variety of methods for informing all those involved in your programs.
5. This is not the end...
Your organization has acquired the skills to continue to use the information you are gathering. I will continue to be available for further consultations and new projects.
